You may return any item within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. All carriage charges incurred will be borne by the consumer. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition within the specified time scale.
A handling charge of 20% of the retail cost of the item returned will be made if the goods returned do not meet the above requirements.

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address area will determine which delivery services are used. Please note we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Any UK Mainland orders under £100.00 will be subject to a shipping/handling charge of £7.50. For all orders £100.00 and over Sparefinder will deliver carriage paid to Mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight you will be given a shipping price when ordering online. Please note that for heavy bulky items over 30kg or multiple orders an extra charge may be made for delivery. Prices quoted for shipping via our software are relative to the country selected and are based on one parcel delivered up to the maximum weight permitted for the selected shipping service. For cartons weighing more than the maximum weight an extra charge will be made for delivery. Prices quoted by Sparefinder for adult clothing, equipment and footwear includes VAT the standard UK rate of 17.5%, children's clothing and footwear is exempt from VAT and therefore charged at 0%.
